This Chocolate cookies is filled with freeze-dried marshmallows, made locally by Extreme Treats. By using freeze-dried marshmallows it allows the marshmallows to stay somewhat intact during the baking process. Allowing to have that marshmallow taste without all the sticky mess that melted marshmallows usually create.
This cookie pairs nicely with our Frozen Hot Chocolate Ice Cream or Hot Chocolate drinks.
